Case History

Patient came to me at 5months of pregnancy from dewas, her water bag started leaking frankly, she had to wear diaper leaking was so much , 3/4 doctors in dewas asked her to terminate the pregnancy.

Challenge: When She came to me, I told her let me try I cannot promise. But definitely can thing of something better. I put her on medication and without any hospitalization I asked her to do bedrest at home. She used to come to me every 5-6 days with the diaper. We kept on doint sonographies weekly / 10 days.

Success: Her water bags started improving and leaking got reduced gradually. Inittially the water bag was 3 cm and slowly and gradually it become 5 then 7 then absolutely normal 10-12. Her leaking got totally cured. And we delivered her by Cesarean Section at full 9 m0nths of pregnancy. she add a healthy baby of weight 2.75 KG. Her first pregnancy was also a Cesarean so in this one, we had to do Cesarean Section.
