12 years female patient with Breast Lump, Fibroadenoma non-cancerous breast tumor.
Surgery done almost bloodless and aesthetically no visible scar. Complex Breast Surgery done by Dr Sheela Chhabra, Consulting Gynecologist and Laparoscopic Surgeon, Indore.
Patient came from outstation (khategaon) with complaints of severe bleeding during menses & only partial relief with medicines. Sonography showed bulky uterus with 7 × 6.5 cm paraovaian cyst. Patient was treated at our centre by laparoscopic hysterectomy & was discharged after 48 hours.
Family planning surgery done by two v small openings 5mm…. Almost painless, Patient went home after 6 hours. She is fine now.
Diagnostic hysteroscopy with Laparoscopy done for patient trying to conceive since 4 years.
Hysteroscopy : uterine cavity normal.
Laparoscopy : bilateral fallopian tubes blocked at cornual end.
Patient cannot conceive naturally, will be taken for invitro fertilization (ivf….test tube baby treatment).
