Done in a patient with 10 × 10 × 10cm cervical blood….. difficulty occurred in taking out the baby but came out successfully with a little lateral incision, average bleeding. Mother-baby discharged well on the third post-op day
Patient with symptoms of bleeding on & off since 6 months & pain in lower abdomen ( tummy) . Sonography showed suspicious mass of 8 × 7 cm over cervix, MRI confirmed it to be a cervical fibroid.
Patient was operated successfully at Pushp gynaec centre & discharged after 3 days.
For normal delivery patient herself has to take efforts. Low stress levels, regular walk , yoga & deep breathing exercises throughout pregnancy prepare the patients very well for normal delivery. Squats in the beginning of 9th month prepares the passage for normal delivery.
Meditation plays an important role in pregnancy. Helps to calm down the mind & body, helps to face the challenges of pregnancy. Deep breathing is very beneficial & every pregnant lady should practice.
